How does the heating work?
Heated panels sit between the outer layer and the sherpa lining. Plug the controller into a USB power bank, connect it to the robe and choose one of three heat levels.
How do designs and bundles work?
Pick a design first, then choose 1, 2 or 3 robes. Every robe in a bundle is the design you selected. Want different designs? Add each one to your cart separately.
Is the power bank included?
Any standard USB power bank works and fits in the pocket. Check the product description for what ships with your order.
Can I wash it?
Yes — unplug and remove the cable and power bank first, then follow the care label.
Is it safe?
Don't use it while sleeping, and don't use it on young children or anyone who can't feel heat. Unplug when you're not wearing it.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
